Slideshow: Susanna Hecht Releases New Book
On Tuesday evening, the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs held an event to launch Urban Planning professor Susanna Hecht’s new book The Scramble for the Amazon and the Lost Paradise of Euclides da Cunha.
Hecht, who was preceeded onstage by Brazilian Consul General Bruno Rísios Bath, spoke to a full room about her book and then signed copies and spoke with guests during a reception. For more information about Hecht’s new book, see the Q&A she did with UCLA Luskin.
