Urban Planning Master’s Program Adds New Certificate

UCLA Luskin’s master’s degree program in Urban and Regional Planning has added a new certificate option. 

The Design and Development Certificate is intended to give aspiring urban planners a deeper understanding of city design through expanded courses and studio learning opportunities. The wide-ranging eight-course certificate program includes course options in urbanization, graphics and GIS, real estate development, urban design, affordable housing, transit-oriented development and site planning.

The certification is open to existing Urban and Regional Planning students. Interested parties should contact their graduate advisor to learn more and complete the required paperwork.
